Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage daily posts across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop creative posts, reels, and campaigns.
Assist in developing social media strategies that align with brand objectives.
Track and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, etc.).
Research current trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to improve brand visibility.
Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetic across platforms.
Support the marketing team in running paid ad campaigns when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
Minimum
