We, Madhyamam are looking for a creative and enthusiastic

Social Media Staff to

manage our brand presence across multiple platforms at

UAE

. The role involves creating engaging content, handling daily postings, monitoring performance, and interacting with online communities. You will also assist in running campaigns, supporting paid promotions, and analyzing results to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements:

Master's degree (preferably in journalism or a related field). Experience in social media management or digital marketing. Background in Digital media production. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices. Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing apps, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with influencer marketing and online community building.
