We are looking for a creative and highly organized
Social Media Coordinator
to manage our digital presence and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who can bridge the gap between content creation, community management, and performance tracking. You will be responsible for representing the brand across social platforms, coordinating shoots, and driving sales via Shopify and Meta Ads.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Management & Engagement
Act as the voice of the brand by responding to every comment and direct message daily.
Resolve customer queries and product-related issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Organize and execute monthly contests and festive offers to boost community participation.
2. Content Strategy & Coordination
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with upcoming festivals and special occasions.
Coordinate indoor video shoots and manage product logistics for external outdoor shoot agencies.
Work closely with the
Design Team
to stay updated on new product launches for timely promotion.
3. Performance Marketing & Sales
Plan and execute
Meta Ads
(Facebook/Instagram) focusing on both page engagement and direct product sales.
Monitor online sales performance via the
Shopify
platform.
Execute email marketing campaigns through Shopify to drive repeat purchases.
4. Influencer & Collaborator Relations
Identify and collaborate with content creators and
home bakers
for product promotions.
Maintain a monthly performance tracker for all collaborations to optimize future ROI.
5. Research & Analytics
Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and unique content strategies.
Perform a monthly deep dive into Facebook, Instagram, and Shopify insights to refine and adjust growth strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with
Meta Ads Manager
,
Shopify
, and Email Marketing tools.
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Industry Interest:
A passion for the baking/food industry or working with home bakers is a plus.
Analytical Mindset:
Ability to translate data (insights/reach/sales) into actionable content plans.
