We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Content Writer

to develop engaging, informative, and persuasive content for our real estate brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of language, an understanding of real estate concepts, and the ability to create content that drives leads, builds trust, and supports marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Write high-quality content for websites, blogs, property listings, brochures, email campaigns, and social media Create compelling property descriptions highlighting features, amenities, and location advantages Develop SEO-friendly content to improve search engine rankings and website traffic Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align content with brand messaging Research real estate market trends, locations, and buyer personas to create relevant content Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels Assist in creating content for advertisements, landing pages, and presentations

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research Ability to write both creative and technical content Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms Strong research and time-management skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience writing real estate blogs, project descriptions, or marketing copy Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends Portfolio or writing samples related to real estate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
