Duties

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
Manage daily social media activities including posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers to foster community relationships
Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to increase content discoverability and improve search rankings
Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation and industry trends
Design visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software
Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement
Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance
Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions
Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency before publishing
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer
Skilled in graphic design and visual content creation using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools
Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid social campaigns
Strong understanding of branding principles, relationship management, and public relations strategies
Ability to produce high-quality content including photography, video editing, and proofreading skills
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
