Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and skilled Social Media Content Writer

with a strong command of English to create engaging, informative, and audience-focused content for real estate topics. This includes writing compelling scripts for YouTube videos and crafting impactful captions and posts for Instagram and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop engaging content ideas around real estate (market trends, property insights, buying/selling tips, etc.) Write

YouTube video scripts

that are conversational, informative, and SEO-friendly Create

captivating captions and short-form content

for Instagram and Facebook Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure consistency in tone and message Research real estate topics, trends, and keywords to improve engagement and visibility Maintain a consistent posting schedule and align content with brand goals

Requirements:

Excellent command of written and spoken English Proven experience in

content writing, copywriting, or scriptwriting

(preferably for real estate or lifestyle domains) Strong understanding of social media platforms -- particularly YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging scripts for video and social media content Creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of what resonates with digital audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in real estate, marketing, or related fields Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
