Key Responsibilities

Content Ideation & Scripting

Ideate

high-performing content formats

for Instagram Reels, Posts & YouTube
Write

engaging scripts

(short-form & long-form) for finance/stock market content

Simplify complex stock market concepts into

relatable, viral-ready content

Develop influencer-style, meme-led & trend-based concepts

Casting, Shooting & Direction

Source and coordinate actors/creators

for content shoots

Plan and execute

content shoots

(mobile or camera-based)

Direct actors/creators

during shoots to ensure correct delivery, expressions & pacing Ensure content matches brand tone, compliance, and platform best practices

Trends & Platform Expertise

Stay updated with

Instagram & YouTube trends, formats, hooks & audio

Adapt trends creatively for the

finance & trading category

Understand content performance differences across

Reels, Shorts & YouTube videos

Execution & Publishing

Manage the

content calendar

Handle posting schedules and platform optimization

Coordinate with editors/designers and give

clear creative briefs

Ensure consistency in brand voice and quality

Growth & Performance Tracking

Track views, engagement, saves, and watch time Analyse performance and suggest improvements Experiment with hooks, storytelling, and posting times

Required Skills

Strong

scriptwriting & content ideation

skills
Practical experience in

shooting & directing short-form videos

Ability to manage actors/creators on set
Solid understanding of

Instagram & YouTube algorithms

Trend awareness with quick execution
Good command over

English & Hinglish

(Hindi preferred)

Basic understanding of the

stock market

or strong willingness to learn

Good to Have

Experience in

fintech / stock market / business content

Experience managing creator-led or influencer content Knowledge of mobile-first filming and short-form video direction Past experience growing social media pages organically

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
