Role Overview
We're looking for a Social Media Content Strategist who understands how content drives trust, authority, and leads. This role goes beyond posting. You'll be responsible for shaping what we say, how we say it, and why it works across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
You should be someone who can turn property insights into clear, engaging content that positions Ash Buyers Agency as the go-to authority.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with brand goals and lead generation.
Plan monthly content calendars for Reels, posts, carousels, and stories.
Define content pillars focused on education, trust-building, and buyer psychology.
Collaborate with the video editor and team to brief, review, and optimize content.
Write clear content briefs, hooks, captions, and CTAs.
Analyze performance and refine strategy based on engagement, reach, and conversions.
Stay updated on platform trends and adapt content formats accordingly.
Ensure consistent brand voice across all social platforms.
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of experience in social media strategy or content marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video strategy.
Proven ability to create content that educates and converts.
Experience working with video-led content and personal brands.
Strong writing and storytelling skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to read insights and improve performance.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple content streams.
Nice to Have
Experience in real estate, property investment, or professional services.
Experience working with Meta ads or lead magnets.
Basic understanding of buyer psychology and sales funnels.
