SpiderWorks Technologies is seeking a creative, analytical, and strategy-driven
Social Media & Content Strategist
to manage and elevate our clients' digital presence. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and performance across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media and content strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
Plan monthly and campaign-based content calendars for multiple brands
Create detailed content briefs for design, video, and copy teams
Manage and oversee content execution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
Collaborate with performance marketing, creative, and client servicing teams
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all content outputs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in social media strategy or content planning (agency experience preferred)
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
Excellent content planning, storytelling, and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
Experience working with multiple brands and managing deadlines
Proficiency with social media tools and analytics platforms
