We are looking for a Social Media Content Scripting Expert who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping Instagram content. You will be responsible for creating strong hooks, short-form scripts, and story-driven content for Reels and Carousels that align with our brand voice and audience psychology.
Key Responsibilities:
Write compelling hooks and short-form scripts for Instagram Reels and Carousels
Convert concepts, trends, and briefs into engaging social media scripts
Understand Instagram trends, algorithms, and audience behaviour
Adapt brand tone and messaging into relatable, high-impact content
Think in stories and narratives, not just captions
Collaborate with the design and social media teams
Test content ideas, analyse performance, and iterate quickly
Maintain consistency in brand voice across all social media content
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media content writing or scripting
Strong understanding of Instagram content formats and trends
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Ability to write crisp, engaging, and emotionally resonant content
Fast execution mindset with openness to feedback and iteration
Preferably female candidates
Experience with lifestyle, D2C, wellness, or beauty brands is a plus
