We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Content Planner who can plan, post, and ideate content for social media platforms. The candidate should understand what type of content works, be able to guide the design team with clear ideas, and ensure smooth execution of content calendars.

Content Planning & Ideation (Core Responsibility):

Plan monthly and weekly social media content calendars Research trends and identify high-performing content formats Create content ideas for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns Develop monthly themes and content concepts Suggest captions, hooks, and call-to-actions

Posting & Coordination:

Schedule, publish, and manage content across all relevant social media platforms

Brief the design team with clear content ideas, references, and examples Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors Ensure timely posting and content accuracy

Creative Review:

Review creatives for quality, relevance, and brand alignment Ensure creatives match content goals and platform formats

Reporting & Insights:

Track basic content performance (reach, engagement, clicks) Share simple improvement ideas based on performance

Ad Support (Good to Have):

Support ad campaigns with content ideas and creatives Basic understanding of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads is a plus

Must-Have Requirements:

Strong ability to plan and ideate social media content Understanding of Instagram content formats (posts, reels, stories) Ability to guide designers with clear content direction Working knowledge of

Canva and Photoshop

Good understanding of social media trends, hooks, and storytelling Organized, creative, and detail-oriented mindset

Good to Have:

Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads Experience working in an agency environment Video or reels content understanding
