Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms to grow brand awareness and audience engagement.
Launch, manage, and optimise
paid ad campaigns
(Meta, Google, LinkedIn) with clear performance targets and ROI.
Conceptualise and produce
UGC-style content
(reels, short videos, testimonials, trends) in collaboration with internal teams or external creators.
Write compelling
captions, ad copy, and scripts
aligned with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and propose actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on
trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices
relevant to both Indian and Australian audiences.
Requirements
1-3 years of proven experience in
social media marketing, paid ads, and content creation
.
Strong understanding of
Meta Ads Manager
(Facebook & Instagram) and working knowledge of
Google Ads
.
Demonstrated ability to create or guide the creation of
UGC-style video content
.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills

Indian and Australian markets

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Reels Editor, etc.) are an advantage.
