Job Title: Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist

Job Summary



We are seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist with a passion for gaming and computer culture. This role will be central to building our brand presence online, creating engaging content, and positioning us as a trendsetter in the gaming and technology space. The successful candidate will manage social media platforms, write compelling blog posts, and produce content that drives organic engagement while also managing paid campaigns across social channels.

Key Responsibilities



Social Media Management

Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).



Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events.

Create engaging posts, reels, and short-form videos that resonate with gamers and tech enthusiasts.



Respond to community interactions, build relationships with followers, and identify influencer partnerships.

Track and report on social media KPIs such as engagement, reach, and follower growth. Blogging & Content Creation

Write engaging blog posts that provide value to gamers and PC enthusiasts (e.g. product guides, comparisons, tips, industry news).

Optimise blog content for SEO to increase organic traffic and keyword rankings.

Repurpose blog content into social media posts, infographics, and other formats to maximise reach.

Work with internal teams to create content that supports wider marketing campaigns.



Develop a consistent brand voice that reflects authority, credibility, and gamer culture. Online Marketing & Advertising

Plan and manage paid campaigns across social platforms, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.



Optimise campaigns for engagement, reach, and conversions within budget.

Collaborate with SEO and ecommerce teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and organic strategies.



Report on ad performance and recommend improvements for better ROI. Brand Growth & Trendspotting

Stay up to date with gaming, esports, and pop culture trends, integrating them into content strategy.

Develop fresh, creative ideas for campaigns that differentiate us from competitors.

Position the brand as a go-to authority within gaming and PC culture through engaging and original content. Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in managing social media and content marketing, ideally in gaming, tech, or eCommerce sectors.

Strong copywriting and blogging skills, with the ability to write engaging, SEO-optimized content.

Experience creating and editing visual content for social media (reels, graphics, videos).

Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and campaign optimization.

Understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.

Ability to spot trends and translate them into relevant, impactful content.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Passion for gaming and computer technology, or a willingness to immerse yourself in gamer culture.

Pay: ₹30,338.51 - ₹50,899.93 per month
