We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Social Media & Content Marketing Executive

to manage the

Organization's social media presence and create engaging content for the website and blog

. This role focuses on organic social media growth, content writing, and brand storytelling, with basic exposure to paid campaigns as an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Marketing (Organic Focus)

Manage and grow the

Organization's Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest accounts.

Plan and execute monthly content calendars. Write engaging

captions, reel scripts, hooks, and CTAs.

Create and coordinate

content for Reels, Carousels, Stories, and Static Posts.

Engage with followers through comments and direct messages. Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity.

2. Website & Blog Content Writing

Write and update website content (property pages, About Us, experiences, FAQs, etc.).

Research, write, and publish SEO-friendly blog articles related to travel, Jaipur, stays, and experiences.

Optimize content using basic

SEO best practices

(keywords, headings, meta descriptions). Repurpose blog content into social media posts and captions. Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, grammar, and brand alignment.

3. Brand Storytelling & Content Strategy

Communicate the Organization's brand story through stays, guest experiences, and local culture. Coordinate with founders and operations teams to gather on-ground insights. Suggest content ideas based on seasons, festivals, and travel trends.

4. Basic Paid Marketing Support (Bonus)

Assist in setting up and

running basic paid campaigns on Instagram and Facebook

. Support content creation for ads (copies, creatives, and variations). Monitor basic performance metrics and share learnings.
(Advanced performance marketing experience is not mandatory)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong English writing and storytelling skills. Good understanding of

Instagram content formats and trends

. Basic knowledge of

Canva and content creation tools

. Ability to research topics and write long-form blog content. Interest in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, and culture. Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

SEO content writing experience. Experience with

WordPress or similar CMS

. Basic understanding of

Meta Ads Manager

. Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
