We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The role involves creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement across all social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals. Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels, etc.). Manage and grow company profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for campaigns. Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions promptly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of social media analytics and ad management tools. Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills. Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media trends.
