Maintain a content calendar for both in-house creations and influencer outputs; ensure timely delivery and compliance with brand guidelines.
Assist with brand engagement activities: responding to comments and DM queries, tracking UGC (user-generated content) reposts, and building micro-creator partnerships.
Support the measurement of campaign performance: compile weekly reports of video views, engagement rates, follower growth, click-throughs, influencer ROI.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, viral formats, and propose new creative ideas to keep the brand relevant.
Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Film, Digital Marketing or similar. Strong interest in social media, short-form video storytelling, and influencer culture. Comfortable with video shooting (smartphone), light editing (mobile apps like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush etc.). Good communication skills, ability to coordinate with creators/influencers and stakeholders. Creative eye for visuals, trend-aware, and able to adapt to wellness brand aesthetics (nature, calm, authenticity). Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast environment. Knowledge of basic social media analytics (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics) is a plus. Prior experience in content creation or personal social media presence is advantageous but not mandatory.
