Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
Manage and grow Triumph Estates' presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals and ongoing projects.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and reels showcasing property listings, market insights, and client success stories.
Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and manage community interaction.
2. Creative & Content Development
Design and oversee the creation of digital creatives, brochures, and marketing collaterals for property listings and project launches.
Develop and send EDMs, newsletters, and campaign updates for clients and leads.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and agencies for visual content creation.
Write compelling ad copy and property highlights for social media, websites, and campaigns.
3. Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
Monitor ad performance, manage budgets, and ensure ROI-focused campaign delivery.
Work closely with the sales team to align digital campaigns with on-ground inventory and project promotions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or luxury lifestyle sectors.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva/Adobe tools, Mailchimp or similar EDM tools.
Strong understanding of content strategy, audience targeting, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Google Ads and SEO tools (optional but preferred).
Basic video editing skills for short-form content.
