Mind Meadow is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Executive to take charge of our digital presence. If you're passionate about storytelling, filming behind-the-scenes content, and staying ahead of the trend curve--this role is for you. You'll work closely with leadership and be a key part of brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Create and manage a monthly content calendar, ensuring timely and impactful posts Shoot and edit videos of events, therapy sessions, and leadership Attend all company events to capture and upload real-time content Develop engaging, brand-aligned reels, stories, and video content Monitor platform analytics, adapt strategy based on performance Stay on top of trends, algorithms, and emerging content formats Should know how to use tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, InShot, etc., for video editing and design
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in managing social media for a brand/business Strong command over Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and content timing Ability to handle end-to-end content production independently A creative mind with a keen eye for trends and aesthetics Excellent time management and on-ground coordination skills Fluent in English and Hindi
Bonus Points For
Experience in child development, education, or healthcare industries Basic SEO knowledge for YouTube and content optimization Strong portfolio or examples of past content performance
