This role is
completely on-site
and involves creating daily engaging content that highlights our office culture, travel tips, team activities, and behind-the-scenes visuals for Instagram & YouTube Shorts.
Key Responsibilities - Content Creation
Shoot daily reels at the VVT office and surrounding areas.
Capture behind-the-scenes, team activities, client interactions (when allowed), workspace vibes, and travel-related clips.
Create 8-10 short video clips per day.
Identify trending reels & soundtracks.
Suggest creative ideas for daily/weekly content.
Film content aligned with VVT campaigns (travel packages, offers, office culture, etc.)
Requirements
Basic to good skill in shooting videos using mobile camera.
Knowledge of trending reels, transitions & social media aesthetics.
Basic editing skills (CapCut / VN / Adobe is a plus).
Ability to shoot confidently around people & manage on-spot directions.
Good sense of angles, lighting & composition.
Reliability and punctuality -- this is an on-site role.
