You will work closely with the marketing & brand teams to produce content that builds community, awareness, engagement and conversions across social platforms.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation:
Plan and produce daily content for Instagram, FB, YouTube, Reels/Shorts, LinkedIn etc.
Shoot & edit product videos, educational demos, unboxing, reviews, lifestyle content etc.
Write clear & relatable captions, scripts, idea boards and social copy.
Develop content calendars aligned with campaigns & product launches.
Brand Building & Communication:
Understand brand story, voice and positioning for both GROOMMM & QUICLEAN.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm campaigns, UGC ideas & influencer formats.
Ensure consistency in tone, aesthetics and brand messaging.
Performance & Trends:
Track platform trends (reels/audio/memes/styles) and creatively adapt for our categories.
Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for reach & engagement.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work with design, marketing, product & sales teams for coordinated communication.
Support shoot setups, packaging content, retail footage, customer videos etc.
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years relevant experience in social media content creation or similar role.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn etc.
Proficiency in video editing (CapCut/Final Cut/Premiere Pro), and basic graphic tools (Canva etc.).
Good creative eye for framing, lighting & short-form storytelling.
Strong communication & copywriting skills in English & Hindi.
Comfortable being behind the camera (shooting) and optionally on-camera (speaking).
Experience in D2C/FMCG/automotive/home-care categories is a plus.
