You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding, optimize content using SEO best practices, and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine and improve content strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with short- and long-term marketing objectives.
Create high-quality, original content, including:
Blog posts
Social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Video scripts and visuals
Marketing materials (emailers, brochures, ads)
Manage a content calendar and ensure consistent posting across platforms.
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO strategies to improve content visibility.
Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts and optimize for each channel.
Analyze web traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates to assess content performance.
Monitor trends across social media and industry platforms to create timely and relevant content.
Engage with audiences across platforms and respond to queries in a professional and timely manner.
Run and manage social media advertising campaigns aligned with the content strategy.
Adapt content to suit different social media platforms and audience preferences.
Mentor and provide feedback to junior content creators and assist with their growth.
Stay informed on changes in digital platforms and adjust strategies accordingly.
Continuously improve content creation processes by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published content.
Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and social media platforms.
Solid understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media algorithms.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with an eye for visual aesthetics and branding.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in video creation and editing.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
Prior experience working with influencers or brand partnerships.
