We are looking for a passionate and creative

Social Media Content Creator & Manager

to join our team. This individual will not only craft engaging content across platforms but also serve as a key point of contact for clients -- gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas, and coordinating with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (images, reels, stories, captions) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop creative campaign ideas and content calendars tailored to each brand. Stay on top of trends and implement fresh, platform-specific strategies.

Client Handling:

Communicate directly with clients to gather project briefs, feedback, and approvals. Understand brand tone and vision to translate into effective social media strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term collaboration.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and ad specialists to execute campaigns. Manage timelines and ensure smooth workflow between clients and internal teams. Monitor project progress and maintain consistent quality across deliverables.

Reporting & Insights:

Track content performance and share weekly/monthly reports. Recommend optimizations based on data and audience engagement.

Qualifications:

Basic of experience in social media content creation or management. Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube strategies. Strong communication skills in English (Tamil is a plus). Ability to write catchy and brand-aligned copy/captions. Basic understanding of Canva or similar tools (design sense is a bonus). Experience in client servicing or account management is highly desirable.
