We are building a strong digital presence to inspire and guide Gen Z and Millennials in their career journeys. To make this vision a reality, we're looking for a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes content and knows how to turn social media into a growth engine.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute

creative content strategies

to grow engagement, reach, and followers. Produce

high-quality educational & career-focused content

(posts, reels, shorts, carousels, blogs, and more). Stay on top of

latest social media trends, memes, and viral formats

and apply them in a smart educational context. Manage and grow Zobsai's presence across

Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).

Collaborate with internal team members to design

impactful campaigns

aligned with brand goals. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to

optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Experiment with

new features and platforms

(Reels, Shorts, Threads, AI-driven tools) to stay ahead of the curve. Take ownership of

ambitious growth goals

(e.g., scaling from 10k to 100k+ followers) and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven track record of building a 10k+ following

on personal or client accounts OR helping brands/individuals grow their communities to that scale. Experience in creating and promoting

education, career, or professional development content.

Strong understanding of

Gen Z & Millennial audiences

and what drives their engagement. Hands-on expertise with

content creation tools

(Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or AI tools). Data-driven mindset with ability to

analyze insights and adjust strategies.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and trend-spotting skills.
