About the Role
TheGetNow is looking for a
creative, trend-driven Social Media Content Creator / Intern
who understands how content performs on platforms like
Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging creator ecosystems
.
This is a
hands-on, learning-focused role
where you will work closely with our
content, video, marketing, and brand teams
to ideate, plan, and execute social-first content using
latest AI tools, especially Google AI
. You'll help turn trends into stories, ideas into videos, and content into growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Planning & Strategy
Plan and manage
monthly content calendars
for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
Suggest content formats such as
Reels, Shorts, carousels, stories, and AI videos
Edit
Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, podcast clips, and promotional videos
.
Add captions, transitions, SFX, hooks, and storytelling elements to improve retention.
Align content with brand campaigns, launches, and ongoing marketing goals
2. Trend Research & Ideation
Track daily trends across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, and emerging platforms
Identify trending sounds, hooks, formats, aesthetics, and creator styles
Convert trends into
actionable content ideas, scripts, and concepts
3. AI-Powered Content Creation
Use
AI tools
to speed up ideation, scripting, visuals, and video creation
Assist in creating AI-generated videos, images, captions, and thumbnails
Experiment with new AI tools and recommend better workflows
4. Copywriting & Storytelling
Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and social-friendly copy
Adapt tone and storytelling style for different platforms and audiences
5. Posting, Insights & Engagement
Schedule and publish content across platforms
Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, views)
Support basic community engagement (comments, replies, DMs)
6. Collaboration & Execution
Coordinate with video editors, designers, and marketers
Share clear briefs and content references
Support execution of reels, shorts, and AI-led video concepts
