You will work closely with me to build my personal brand around topics like

AI, passionate work-life design, purpose, systems thinking, product management, and problem solving.

Your job is to

record conversations and turn them into high-quality content, and consistently post them online.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Extract Ideas / Record Conversations

Conduct daily recorded conversations with me (in-person) Ask thoughtful questions that bring out my ideas, stories, philosophies, and frameworks Help me speak naturally without scripts

2. Create & Edit Content

Convert raw videos into short-form Reels, YouTube Shorts, Carousels, Quotes, and written posts Add subtitles, captions, hooks, transitions using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or AI tools Repurpose 1 video into multiple formats (reel + caption + carousel + tweet + blog idea)

3. Post & Maintain Consistency

Upload content regularly on Instagram Write clear captions, hashtags, and maintain visual style Track analytics & suggest what topics are resonating

You're a Great Fit If You:

? Love content creation and storytelling
? Are good at asking questions & pulling out raw emotions and ideas from people
? Can edit videos quickly (doesn't have to be cinematic--clean, modern, social-media-ready)
? Understand personal branding, authenticity, and Instagram trends
? Know or are curious about AI tools for editing, captioning, repurposing content
? Prefer meaningful content over viral but empty trends

Bonus (Not Mandatory, But Amazing If You Have):

Interest in psychology, philosophy, spirituality, productivity, or AI Experience managing a creator/influencer brand

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
