Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a

content strategy

(posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos) for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels. Manage

social media calendars

, ensuring consistent and timely posting. Engage with the online community -- respond to comments, messages, and build genuine connections. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for campaigns and product launches. Write

SEO-friendly blogs, captions, and ad copy

reflecting the brand's Ayurvedic and wellness identity. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content accordingly. Stay updated with

social media trends

and adapt them for the brand creatively.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in

content creation or social media management

(wellness or lifestyle niche preferred). Strong writing and storytelling skills. knowledge in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools. Understanding of Ayurveda, herbal wellness, or natural lifestyle content is a plus. Knowledge of social media analytics and paid promotions. Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and tone.
