Key Responsibilities:
Create and schedule original content (reels, posts, stories, videos, graphics, carousels, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand tone and goals.
Write compelling and error-free captions, headlines, and hashtags.
Collaborate with the marketing and design team for visuals and promotional content.
Monitor trends and competitor activity to stay updated and relevant.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage communities.
Track content performance using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or other reporting tools.
Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Required Skills:
1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Hindi or regional language is a plus).
Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro/CapCut or other editing tools.
