Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging and original content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs) for social media platforms. Manage daily postings and scheduling across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns. Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights for improvement. Engage with the online community and respond to comments/messages to boost interaction.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in social media content creation or management. Strong communication and creative writing skills. Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is preferred. Understanding of social media algorithms and trending formats. Ability to work independently and deliver content on time.
