To aid and assist the content team with creating automotive content for CarDekho and BikeDekho social media platforms - with a focus on video and graphics based content for Instagram. 1. Create engaging posts, content, videos Instagram and other social handles of CarDekho.com including YouTube channel 2. The candidate will need to not only help create content specifically for, but also be able to adapt content created for YouTube (videos) and the CarDekho website (images & Text) to our Social Media platforms. This will include visualising and creating short videos (reels + YT Shorts), long format videos (IGTV) and visual posts as well as stories. 3. Measure and monitor social media activity by maintaining performance reports - find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns etc. 4. Respond to comments, queries on social channels 5. Maintain social media calendar to plan content for a particular week/month. Job Responsibilities: 1. Candidate Attributes: - Highly creative mindset and a go-getter attitude. - Proficiency with creating and editing quick videos using mobile platform/desktop apps. - In tune with current and future content trends. - Well versed with pop culture references and adaptability to moment marketing ideas. - Should have decent graphic design skills. - Should be proficient in English/Hindi and have a knack for casual, yet interesting captions and ideas. - Basic automotive knowledge and interest will be preferred. - Should be based in Pune, with the availability to travel on shoots when required. - Previous job experience is not necessary, but should be able to showcase the above mentioned skills.
