About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is savvy with Meta Business Suite, skilled in creating engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and offline advertising materials, and understands how to align content with brand voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative reels, posts, stories, and short-form videos that drive engagement Design and coordinate offline media adverts including flyers, posters, banners, and print ads Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and others as required) Manage daily posting and scheduling using Meta Business Suite Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline platforms Monitor performance, engagement, and insights; provide basic reports and recommendations Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices Collaborate with management and marketing teams to promote events, offers, and campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in social media content creation Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite Experience creating reels, short-form videos, and static posts Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar) Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking Strong creative writing and captioning skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of paid social ads and boosting posts Photography and videography experience Understanding of branding and marketing strategy
