Key Responsibilities:
Develop, create, and publish high-quality content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Write engaging captions, scripts, short content pieces, and storytelling-driven posts.
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing and branding objectives.
Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to produce reels, videos, graphics, and other digital creatives.
Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and trending topics to create relevant content.
Optimize content for reach, engagement, and brand consistency.
Manage, monitor, and respond to comments/messages across platforms.
Assist in running basic social media campaigns and promotions.
Track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
Strong command over English writing and communication.
Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and tools.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools is a plus.
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to think outside the box.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
Portfolio showcasing previous social media content (posts, reels, graphics, scripts, etc.).
Understanding of brand voice and audience engagement techniques.
