Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic professional who can manage end-to-end social media content creation, plan effective social media strategies, and run Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads to drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth. The ideal candidate should be skilled with Canva, AI tools, and modern content trends.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Create engaging graphics, videos, and reels using

Canva

and other

AI-based tools

. Develop high-quality, relevant content for all major social media platforms. Maintain brand consistency in all creatives and messaging.

Strategy & Planning:

Plan monthly and weekly social media calendars aligned with brand goals. Create strategic content plans to increase engagement, followers, and overall brand presence. Research trends, competitors, and market insights to identify new opportunities.

Social Media Management:

Manage daily posting, scheduling, and activity across all platforms. Monitor audience interactions and ensure timely responses. Maintain platform hygiene and consistency across all pages.

Paid Ads & Performance Marketing:

Run and optimize

Facebook/Instagram Ads

focused on conversions, leads, and brand awareness. Run and manage

Google Ads

(Search, Display, YouTube) to maximize ROI. Continuously analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.

Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversion rate, and cost efficiency. Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

Collaboration & Branding

Work closely with the team to maintain a unified brand voice. Suggest new ideas, content formats, and creative concepts.

Requirements:

Experience with Canva and AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads Knowledge of social media algorithms and current trends Basic understanding of video editing and reel creation Good communication and creative thinking skills
