Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day activities
across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Plan, create, and publish high-quality
video content
for food recipes, tech updates, and property-related features.
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
Track analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies for reach and engagement.
Collaborate with design, sales, and on-ground teams for cross-functional campaigns.
Monitor online trends and competitors to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build community.
On-camera presence is must.
Proficiency in English speaking.
Content Focus Areas:
Food:
Short recipe videos, food photography, cafe/street food reels.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 6
Months of experience
managing social media accounts.
Proven ability to create and edit videos using tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
Strong communication and creative writing skills.
Knowledge of platform algorithms, hashtag strategies, and content optimization.
Preferred Skills:
Basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop).
Familiarity with paid ads and boosting posts.
