About the role JPMorgan Chase has had a presence in India for 100 years, and our firm continues to grow and invest here, recently expanding into new offices and growing our technology teams. We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and hands-on social media content creator to help tell the collective story of our people, values, and team culture in India. As part of our global social media team, you will embed yourself deeply into our India businesses and operations to discover the stories of that drive our firm, and create compelling content telling those stories on our social media channels. The Social Media Content Creator works closely with stakeholders across communications, marketing, content, and the various wholesale and corporate lines of business to tell compelling narratives on our brand channels through copywriting, video, graphic design and animation, as well as report on content performance. Skillset This role requires a creative story teller who is a team player, able to work closely with stakeholders across the firm. Experience creating visual content for a variety of social media platforms including graphic stills, animations, and basic video shooting and editing (Adobe Creative Suite proficiency required, Figma experience a plus). Strong social media copywriting skills, with an emphasis on LinkedIn. Ability to execute on big ideas, develop a compelling story, produce thumb-stopping creative, which often simplifies complicated topics. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Strong knowledge and passion for keeping up to speed on the social media landscape. Experience managing social media editorial calendars. Sound judgment and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Confidence to pitch fresh ideas, think creatively, and identify and solve problems. Experience with social media monitoring and management tools for social listening, publishing, and reporting. (i.e. Sprinklr, Percolate, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.). Ability to cultivate relationships in the firm across divisions and lines of business. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously. Effectively communicate on project timeline, status and results. Responsibilities Produce a wide variety of original social-first content pieces including graphics, short-form videos, and animations across social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.. Build creative that aligns with brand guidelines and demonstrates cohesion across other company messages. Coordinate and capture live events for social media, from pre- to post-event production. Develop and maintain production schedules for capacity planning and production tracking. Test and optimize messaging and creative to continually improve social media performance. Develop content and creative strategies that align with the various social media channels and the audiences that use them. Measure content performance and provide regular reports, creating India-specific benchmarks and sharing learnings. Own and maintain the technology social content library and editorial calendar Qualifications 4+ years of social media content creation and measurement experience Bachelor's degree
