We are looking for a creative and result-driven

Social Media & Content Creator

who will manage our social media presence, create engaging content, run paid ad campaigns, generate leads, and actively engage with parents and students across digital platforms. The role requires hands-on experience in

content creation, digital marketing, paid advertising, lead generation

, and

on-campus photo & video shoots

using our available camera equipment.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

Manage and grow official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Plan, schedule, and publish daily/weekly content calendars Monitor trends and adapt content strategies accordingly Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally Engage with parents, students, and prospects to build trust and community
2. Content Creation (Photo, Video & Graphics)

Shoot high-quality

photos and videos of students, classes, events, and campus life

using provided camera equipment Create reels, short videos, stories, posts, and long-form content for social platforms Edit photos and videos using tools such as

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or similar

Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content descriptions aligned with brand voice Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and institutional values
3. Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising

Plan, create, and manage

paid ad campaigns

on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms Optimize campaigns for

lead generation, admissions inquiries, and parent engagement

Manage ad budgets, targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, cost per lead, and conversions Prepare regular performance reports and insights
4. Lead Generation & Parent Engagement

Generate qualified leads through paid ads, landing pages, and social media campaigns Coordinate with admissions or sales teams for lead follow-up Communicate with parents via social media messages, comments, and campaigns Create content focused on parents' concerns, FAQs, success stories, and testimonials
5. Campaign Planning & Branding

Support admission campaigns, events, open houses, and special promotions Develop creative campaign ideas aligned with academic calendar Maintain consistent branding across all platforms Collaborate with internal teams for content approvals and messaging

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills



Proven experience in

Social Media Management & Content Creation

Strong knowledge of

Digital Marketing & Paid Ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

Experience in

Lead Generation and Campaign Optimization

Hands-on experience with

photo & video shooting

using DSLR or mirrorless cameras Proficiency in

video editing and graphic design tools

Strong communication and writing skills
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field Experience working with

educational institutions

is a plus Understanding of parent-focused marketing strategies Basic knowledge of SEO and website landing pages
Tools & Platforms
