Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging, on-brand content across social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and others Lead and participate in the ideation, scripting, and production of User-Generated Content (UGC), including reaction videos, public interactions, and relatable short-form video content Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce professional-grade UGC and social-first content tailored to platform-specific trends Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and competitor strategies to continuously bring fresh, relevant content ideas Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and fostering two-way interactions with followers Analyze performance metrics of social media campaigns and content, and generate actionable insights for ongoing improvements Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, and digital partnership initiatives

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in UGC content creation and social media storytelling Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) Video editing skills with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar Excellent verbal and written communication skills Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
