Job Title: Social Media & Content Creator

Location: Rising Star Group of Schools - Wagholi, Pune

Job Summary

Rising Star Group of Schools is seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to manage our social media presence. The candidate should be able to capture photos and videos of school events, edit them professionally, and create engaging content to promote the school's brand, achievements, and activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the school's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Plan, create, and post engaging content (reels, posts, and stories) for daily school life, events, and campaigns.

Shoot high-quality photos and videos of various school programs and activities.

Professionally edit videos and images for digital use.

Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into content.

Engage with parents, students, and the community through timely responses and updates.

Work with school management to promote admissions, events, and key achievements.

Maintain an organized library of photos and videos.

Requirements

Experience in social media management and content creation.

Strong skills in video shooting, photography, and editing.

Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Canva, etc.).

Creative mindset with knowledge of trending social media formats.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Prior experience in schools/education sector will be an advantage.
