Social Media Content Creator

who lives and breathes content -- someone who is always ahead of the trends, understands what works, and knows how to make people stop scrolling.

Key Responsibilities:

Create thumb-stopping content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more including reels, stories, carousels, and shorts. Stay on top of the latest social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates and translate them into engaging content. Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form video content using raw footage from our team (no external models involved). Write punchy, relatable captions with strong hooks and calls-to-action. Develop monthly content calendars with relevant themes, hashtags, and ideas. Collaborate with the design, sales, and operations teams to ensure messaging is aligned. Track content performance and recommend creative improvements to boost reach and engagement.

You Should Have:

A solid grasp of what's trending on social media from viral audio to content formats and meme culture. Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar. Strong storytelling and visual communication skills. A portfolio of content (especially reels or short-form video) you've created. Excellent written communication in English. Basic understanding of social media analytics and algorithm behavior.

Pay: ?12,864.48 - ?15,000.00 per month
