Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating compelling written, visual, and video content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites Conduct research on industry-related topics and trends Collaborate with the marketing/design team to brainstorm content ideas Assist in planning and scheduling content calendars Make and edit short-form videos (e.g., Reels, Stories, short videos) Monitor content performance and suggest optimizations Stay up-to-date with digital trends and best practices

Requirements:

Strong writing and communication skills in English (Hindi or regional languages a plus) Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or other editing software (a bonus) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines A portfolio, blog, or social media handle showcasing your content work (preferred)
