Coordinate with team members for shoot schedules and creative requirements.
Ideate creative concepts, trending reels, hooks & scripts.

Client Coordination
Communicate with clients regarding content requirements, approvals, and feedback.
Ensure timely delivery of creatives and maintain professional communication.

Team Management
Get work done from designers, editors & other team members.
Assign tasks, follow up on deadlines, and ensure smooth workflow.

Social Media Management
Assist in content planning, posting, and analytics tracking.
Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
Required Skills & Qualities
Must be
smart, confident, and presentable

Excellent communication & coordination skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
Ability to handle shoots independently.
Creative mindset with problem-solving attitude.
Basic editing or Canva knowledge is a plus.
