This role is for someone who genuinely loves
fashion, content, and culture
, and wants to work hands-on in a fast-moving startup environment. You will work closely with the
Co-Founder and Creative Director
, contributing across content creation, social media growth, influencer collaborations, partnerships, and studio support.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
Create, shoot, and edit
short-form videos, Reels, BTS, photos, and podcasts
Develop engaging visual stories aligned with the brand's tone and menswear identity
Plan reel ideas, talking points, storyboards, and shoot concepts
Stay updated with
trends, formats, music, and platform algorithms
Social Media Management
Manage the
content calendar and shoot schedule
Handle posting, engagement, and community interaction
Manage
AJIOGRAM and other marketplace-led social platforms
Track performance and optimize content based on insights
Influencer, Partnerships & Outreach
Build and maintain a database of
influencers, stylists, creators, and collaborators
Handle outreach for:
influencer collaborations
gifting
celebrity & stylist connect
retail and brand partnerships
Manage WhatsApp broadcast lists and mailing databases
Support partnership and retail tie-up initiatives
Shoots, Lookbooks & Studio Support
Assist in
lookbook and editorial shoots
(planning + BTS coverage)
Support catalog updates and new collection launches
Help with sample organization, basic studio coordination, and inventory movement
Assist with order packing, unpacking, and occasional customer support when required
Run studio-related tasks and coordination when needed
Who You Are
Deep interest in
menswear, fashion aesthetics, and visual storytelling
Background in fashion, marketing, design, content, or strong self-built portfolio
Strong understanding of
Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and digital culture
Skilled in tools like:
Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro
Canva or similar editing apps
Creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable in a
startup, high-ownership environment
Confident communicator with strong execution ability
Bonus: Basic understanding of branding, layout, and graphic design
