Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Social Media & Content Creator Executive

to manage our brand's online presence, create engaging content, and execute digital strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation (photo, video, and graphics), social media management, and trend analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Plan, create, and publish engaging content (reels, posts, stories, blogs, graphics, and videos). Manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and brand messaging. Shoot and edit videos/photos for brand campaigns, product launches, and behind-the-scenes content. Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to maximize reach and engagement. Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community. Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare reports. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new social media tools.

Requirements:

6 months - 1 years of experience in social media management. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
