Social Media & Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

: Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

Content Creation

: Develop engaging photo, video, and written content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and values. Collaborate with the in-house photographer/videographer to create stunning visuals.

Campaigns & Promotions

: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and giveaways to increase engagement and attract followers.

Content Calendar

: Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement with followers.

Community Engagement

: Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with potential clients and influencers.

Analytics & Reporting

: Track and analyze social media performance, creating reports to assess growth and engagement. Adjust strategies based on analytics.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the events, marketing, and creative teams to align social media content with overall business goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Experience

: 2-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

Content Creation

: Strong skills in photography, videography, and graphic design tools such as

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)

.

Social Media Savvy

: Deep knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, and best practices for each.

Writing Skills

: Excellent written communication skills to create engaging and on-brand captions, posts, and content.

Creativity

: Ability to think outside the box and come up with fresh ideas for social media content and campaigns.

Analytics Tools

: Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) to track and improve performance.

Organized & Strategic

: Ability to create and stick to content calendars, while also being flexible to adapt to new ideas.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
