About the Role

We are looking for a

dynamic, creative, and self-driven Social Media Content Creator

who can independently

ideate, design, and develop content

for our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in visual design, content writing, and social media strategy, with the ability to produce high-quality content

without depending on external designers or editors

.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a robust social media content strategy aligned with brand goals. Create

original and engaging content

including posts, reels, stories, videos, infographics, and marketing creatives. Manage and publish content across platforms such as

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and others

. Conduct market and competitor research to maintain relevance and creativity. Design visually appealing creatives using tools such as

Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), Figma, etc.

Write compelling captions, scripts, and short-form content reflecting brand tone. Track and analyse content performance, insights, and engagement to improve results. Coordinate occasionally with internal teams for campaign alignment and brand messaging. Stay updated on trending formats, viral content patterns, and platform algorithms.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of

social media platforms, trends, and content formats

. Proficiency in content design tools:

Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma / Premiere Pro (optional)

. Ability to

conceptualize & execute ideas independently

without dependency on external resources. Excellent communication and creative writing skills. Ability to shoot and edit short videos/reels will be an added advantage. Basic knowledge of

analytics, hashtags, SEO for social media

preferred. Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and storytelling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Media, Visual Communication, Marketing, Design, Journalism

, or related field (preferred, not mandatory if portfolio is strong).

1-3 years experience

in social media content creation/design. Must share an updated

portfolio or sample work

during application.

Personal Attributes

Highly creative, energetic, and self-motivated. Ability to handle multiple platforms and deadlines. Ownership mindset with strong attention to detail. Willingness to experiment and bring fresh ideas.
