About Us:

Indian Institute of Fashion & Design (IIFD) is a premier design institute with campuses in Chandigarh and Mohali. We are looking for a creative professional who can produce engaging content, manage our social media presence, and bring our brand vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Handle raw shoots during events, classes, student showcases, and campus activities. Edit reels, short videos, and promotional clips with strong storytelling and trend awareness. Create eye-catching graphics, posts, and stories aligned with brand guidelines. Manage day-to-day posting, captions, hashtags, and engagement on all IIFD social media pages. Track performance of posts and campaigns, providing regular insights and ideas for growth. Stay updated with current trends in social media, design, and education industry.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor, content creator, or similar role. Strong skills in any editing software. Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio setup. Ability to shoot and edit both long-form and short-form video content. Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and social media trends. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines. Prior experience handling social media accounts is preferred.

Education & Experience:

Graduate in Media, Design, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1-3 years of relevant experience in content creation/video editing.
