: RealtyNow Properties Pvt Ltd is seeking an energetic and dynamic Social media content creator to join our team. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand and showcasing various properties and locations to our audience through engaging videos, reels, and events. You will create captivating scripts, deliver entertaining commentary, and ensure a memorable experience for our viewers and attendees. Responsibilities:

• Travel around the city with the videographer to various locations, highlighting their specialities, attractions, and unique features.
• Develop creative pick-up lines and introductions to capture the attention of the audience.
• Select topics and create content based on the current surroundings to engage viewers and promote the properties effectively.
• Write compelling scripts for reels, videos, and event programs, ensuring they align with the company\'s branding and goals.
• Craft engaging and informative content that showcases the properties, their features, and their benefits to potential buyers or renters.
• Incorporate professional sarcasm and fun elements to add entertainment value to the content.
• Stay updated with the latest news and trends related to the real estate industry and the local market.
• Seamlessly blend in news updates into the content to provide viewers with relevant and valuable information.
• Keep the audience informed about the latest developments, property prices, and any market changes that may affect their decision-making process.
• Take charge of hosting and managing various events organized by the company.
• Adapt and act according to the specific requirements and situations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
• Engage with attendees, introduce speakers, facilitate discussions, and maintain a lively and positive atmosphere throughout the event.
• Take ownership of monitoring and managing the company\'s social media accounts, regularly review and analyze social media analytics to track account growth, identify opportunities for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to leverage them for maximizing audience reach and engagement

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Emcee, event host, or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and entertaining content.
• Strong improvisation and spontaneous commentary skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends.
• Ability to travel within the city and adapt to different locations and scenarios.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs and demands of a start-up environment.
