Key Responsibility:
Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy for lead generation and brand building. Manage organic and paid social campaigns for global events and programs. Establish community engagement guidelines and crisis protocols. Track and analyze the full-funnel impact of social media activity (Awareness $rightarrow$ Conversion).
Systematically grow and engage key professional demographics (AI researchers, government officials) on strategic platforms (LinkedIn, X) to amplify thought leadership.
2. Community-Driven Program Lead Generation:
Transform social channels into a two-way knowledge hub, driving
qualified leads
for high-value programs and certifications.
3. Social Media Marketing Return on Investment (SMM ROI):
Directly attribute and optimize paid/organic activity to demonstrable business outcomes, particularly event ticket sales and partnership inquiries.
