What You Will Do:
Content Deployment:
Manage the daily scheduling, posting, and optimization across all TIDA social media channels (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.).
Community Management:
Be the voice of TIDA. Respond promptly to all comments, DMs, and inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Trend Execution:
Stay current on all platform trends and viral hooks. Work with the marketing lead to execute high-impact video scripts (Reels/Shorts).
Engagement Growth:
Actively work to increase followers, boost engagement rates, and foster a positive online community for parents and athletes.
UGC & Testimonials:
Identify, collect, and manage user-generated content (UGC) and parent testimonials.
Performance Tracking:
Assist in tracking key metrics (views, shares, engagement) and report on performance weekly.
What You Need:
Experience:
2+ years managing social media for a brand, preferably in sports, education, or D2C.
Skills:
Exceptional written communication. Must be fluent in using all major social media platforms and their internal tools.
Creative Eye:
Proven ability to spot trends and execute engaging, short-form video content.
Language:
Must be proficient in English and comfortable communicating in Hindi/Punjabi for regional content.
