We're seeking a creative, proactive, and tech-savvy Social Media & Community Manager to join our growing team at Syndell Technologies Pvt. Ltd. If you're passionate about social media, online engagement, and brand storytelling -- this is the perfect role for you!
You'll work independently to develop strategies, create content, and build vibrant online communities that drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Content Creation:
Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
Plan, create, and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Threads, YouTube, etc.)
Manage social media calendars, campaigns, and collaborations
Develop and maintain brand voice guidelines across all platforms
Analytics & Performance:
Monitor analytics, track performance, and prepare growth reports
Track and report social media ROI and conversion metrics to leadership
Set quarterly KPIs and OKRs aligned with business objectives
Conduct A/B testing on content formats, posting times, and messaging
Community Management:
Engage with online communities -- respond to messages, comments, and feedback promptly
Build community engagement programs (contests, AMAs, community takeovers)
Develop and leverage user-generated content (UGC) strategies
Handle negative feedback, PR issues, and reputation management independently
Collaboration & Growth:
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for visuals, videos, and ad creatives
Collaborate with sales team to support lead generation efforts through social channels
Identify and manage micro-influencer and partnership collaborations
Conduct regular competitor analysis and industry benchmarking
Budget & Resource Management:
Manage monthly paid social media budgets and optimize ad spend
Allocate resources effectively across platforms based on performance data
Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes
Monitor competitor strategies and identify new opportunities
Technical Skills Required :
Social Media Management:
Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics
Proficiency in social listening tools (Brandwatch, Mention, Sprout Social)
Knowledge of Social Media Scheduling Tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
Experience with social commerce features (Instagram Shop, Facebook Marketplace)
Content Creation:
Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for visual content creation
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai for content ideas and engagement
Analytics & Optimization:
Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags strategy, and keyword optimization for social media
Experience with conversion tracking and attribution models
Understanding of paid ad campaigns and A/B testing
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media management or community engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong creativity, organization, and time-management abilities
Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Understanding of business metrics and how social media impacts company goals
Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality
Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environment
