Job Description

Social Media Strategy & Execution - Own and execute the end-to-end social media strategy for Instagram and Facebook (primary platforms). - Plan, publish, and optimize high-performing content aligned with brand, seasonality, and sales goals. - Deeply understand and leverage platform algorithms (Reels, Shorts, carousels, engagement signals, posting cadence, reach mechanics). - Continuously test new formats, hooks, captions, CTAs, and content styles to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.Community Management - Build and manage a strong brand-led community across social platforms. - Actively respond to comments, DMs, reviews, and user interactions in a timely and brand-consistent manner. - Handle customer queries, objections, and feedback with a sales-aware and customer-first approach. - Proactively engage with relevant creators, customers, and niche communities in the US market.Performance & Growth Orientation - Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools. - Link social media activity to business outcomes such as traffic, leads, and revenue contribution. - Identify trends, content gaps, and opportunities to scale what works and eliminate what does not. - Work closely with marketing and performance teams to align organic social efforts with paid campaigns.Experimentation & Innovation - Run frequent experiments with content formats, posting times, creatives, storytelling, and messaging. - Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices-especially for Instagram and Facebook. - Proactively suggest and implement new ideas to improve brand visibility and sales impact.Required Qualifications - 9+ years of hands-on experience in social media management. - Proven expertise in Instagram and Facebook, including algorithm-level understanding. - Prior experience working with the US market (strongly preferred). - Experience with e-commerce, D2C, or retail-focused websites where social media directly supports sales. - Strong performance-driven mindset with the ability to think beyond vanity metrics. - Demonstrated ability to experiment, analyze results, and iterate quickly. - Excellent written communication skills in English (US audience orientation preferred). - Ability to work from the office on a full-time basis.Good to Have - Experience working with home, lifestyle, outdoor, furniture, or decor brands. - Exposure to creator collaborations and UGC-led growth strategies. - Understanding of how organic social supports paid media performance.What This Role Is Not - This is not a junior or coordinator role. - This is not a work-from-home or remote position. - This is not limited to scheduling posts or basic community replies.
